Men’s Support Services

Men and Relationships

Wrestling with relationships, intimacy, communication, parenting, grief, loss, separation and divorce or just feel empty and alone? Men who have survived these challenges have helped develop a program that is relevant and meaningful.

Designed to help participants understand their relationships, the weekend presents opportunities to explore, heal from previous wounds, cope with current life crisis, plan and initiate desired changes, and begin to build a foundation for better living. The weekend is facilitated by professional social workers, veteran men’s group members, and volunteers with professional backgrounds. Real life presentations, self-discovery exercises, reflection time, and small group discussions provide a safe and rewarding experience.

Many men choose a new direction for themselves and take steps to become the person they truly want to be. The group is a challenge but the earned trust, safety, and respect make it worth the effort.
